We highly recommend pre-booking your appointments to ensure that you get your preferred day and time. Walk-ins are accepted only if timeslot and therapist is available.
Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you, however, we understand that plans change. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of your booking time, so we can accommodate the needs of other clients. Cancellations within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation charge. The full treatment price will be charged for no-shows.
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We will do our utmost to accommodate late arrivals but, out of consideration for other guests, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment and fill in a consultation form so that the treatment can be customised to your needs. It is contraindicated to have any treatment while under the influence of alcohol or any drugs that will affect your alertness.
Clients will be fully draped at all times during treatments. Disposable underwear will be provided and the therapist will uncover only the part of your body being worked on, to ensure that your modesty is respected at all times.
We recommend that no valuables be brought and no jewellery worn when you go to the treatment area. The management and staff accept no responsibility for any loss on the premises.
Services are available to clients 18 years old and above. Parent’s consent forms are necessary for younger clients.
Payment can be made by EFT, or by credit card or cash at Reception after you receive your treatment. All prices include VAT.
