Booking Information

We highly recommend pre-booking your appointments to ensure that you get your preferred day and time. Walk-ins are accepted only if timeslot and therapist is available.

Cancellation Policy

Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you, however, we understand that plans change. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of your booking time, so we can accommodate the needs of other clients. Cancellations within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation charge. The full treatment price will be charged for no-shows.

Late Arrival

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We will do our utmost to accommodate late arrivals but, out of consideration for other guests, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled.

Check In

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment and fill in a consultation form so that the treatment can be customised to your needs. It is contraindicated to have any treatment while under the influence of alcohol or any drugs that will affect your alertness.


Clients will be fully draped at all times during treatments. Disposable underwear will be provided and the therapist will uncover only the part of your body being worked on, to ensure that your modesty is respected at all times.


We recommend that no valuables be brought and no jewellery worn when you go to the treatment area. The management and staff accept no responsibility for any loss on the premises.

Age Policy

Services are available to clients 18 years old and above. Parent’s consent forms are necessary for younger clients.


Payment can be made by EFT, or by credit card or cash at Reception after you receive your treatment. All prices include VAT.

WE ARE OPEN during COVID-19 Lock down

Dear Patients,


As a medical practice, we are registered and classified as an essential service provider. We therefore wish to inform you, that we are open for business during this time, with the following conditions:


Only the following practitioners are available, as essential services


  • • Dr Bart Kurek (General Practitioner)
  • • Mr Tim Laxton (Physiotherapist)

We are available at short notice, but to ensure adequate social distancing between our patients and to limit your exposure to others, we may not be in a position to accommodate walk-in patients right away.

Precautionary measures to be undertaken by patients

  • • We undertake to adhere to medical standards of hygiene during this outbreak, and wear necessary protective equipment.
  • • All patients will be requested to wash their hands on entry.
  • • Please inform us if you suspect you may have been showing symptoms of COVID 19, or have been in contact with someone who is at high risk, or has tested positive for COVID 19.


Services available

  • • All medical services, consultations and procedures will be available, where they form part of essential services.
  • • Where possible, a telephonic consultation may be had with you.


Aesthetic Medicine Services

  • Video consultations are availablestrong> on request; prior booking is essential.
  • Face to face interaction/treatments are suspended until the end of the lock downstrong>, due to the non-essential nature of these procedures.
